Signature Theatre, one of New York's leading off-Broadway theatres, is seeking passionate, articulate, outgoing, tenacious theatre-artists as callers for our Telefundraising Campaign.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE
· Perform outbound fundraising calls
· Manage individual portfolio of leads
· Maintain knowledge of Signature Theatre programming and messaging
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
· Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to detail
· Passion for the arts
· Self-driven with a positive attitude
· Capacity to take on coaching and advice
· Ability to reach and exceed personal and fundraising goals
· Skill for building rapport over the phone
· Possesses a love of theater and a “gift for gab”
· Desire to hone fundraising skills
· Past telefund experience preferred
Applicants must be available for 8-10 hours a week, afternoons and early evenings. This position is remote, so access to a phone and a computer with a reliable connection are required.
This is a part-time, temporary position.
Compensation is $15/hour, plus commission.

Founded in 1991, Signature Theatre celebrates playwrights and gives them an artistic home, producing six to eight productions annually. In 2005 Signature began its groundbreaking Signature Ticket Initiative, providing affordable tickets to all its productions. In 2012, Signature opened the Pershing Square Signature Center, the Frank Gehry-designed 75,000 square foot Center featuring three theatres, two rehearsal studios, a central, public lobby with a café and bookstore, as well as administrative offices. In 2014, Signature became the first New York City theatre to receive the Regional Theatre Tony Award.
