DGRW is seeking a full time assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for the industry and specifically for representation. Our Assistant should be someone who thinks on their feet and goes with the flow. Experience welcomed, but absolutely willing to train the perfect candidate. We hope this candidate will grow within our company and are activelly seeking someone to join our family. Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Maintaining and updating resumes and client info files
-Answering phone calls and distributing messages
-Coordinating agent schedules
-Sending and scheduling appointments
-Assist with submitting on Breakdowns
-Coordinating with casting and actors
-Uploading and editing self tapes
-Maintaining client's files with book out dates, bookings, etc.
-Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Salary: $38,000 Annually minimum (negotiable)
Benefits: Available after 90 days
This position will begin with a flexible hybrid office schedule, with the goal of resuming full time office hours of M-F 10am-6pm. We are seeking NYC based candidates.
