Williamstown to Honor Fontana in Manhattan Nov. 16

The Williamstown Theatre Festival will honor Emmy Award-winning writer and producer Tom Fontana at its annual gala in Manhattan Nov. 16.
Fontana, who serves on the Williamstown Theatre Festival board, will be in attendance for the 6 PM event at the Prince George Ballroom. Expect appearances by Kate Burton, Victor Garber, Harriet Harris, Steve Lawson and members of the WTF non-equity company.
Fontana's credits include serving as writer and producer on "St. Elsewhere," "Homicide: Life on the Street," "The Jury," "The Bedford Diaries" and "The Philanthropist." He was also the executive producer of "Oz."
Chairs for the evening include Scott Delman, Shana Fisher and Katherine Kollath Peabody. Past Williamstown gala honorees include Lewis Black, Kate Burton, Blythe Danner, A.R. Gurney and Tom Stoppard.
