Macy's Parade Street Operations Team's duties on parade morning include:
· Placing operational signage in the correct location
· Directing parade participants to formation areas
· Handling crowd control issues
· Distributing balloon team radios
· Assisting Parade Operations & Parade Studio with logistical needs for Starting Line, Uptown Grandstands, Banners, Floats, Balloons as well as any and all aspects of operation
