Description
|
The Assistant Subscription Manager works directly with the Manager of the Department to supervise and train Subscription Staff, process renewal and new business and reconcile and deposit revenue. The Assistant Manager will also be instrumental in responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints. The position will also entail creating and running various financial reports, contributing to the building of the season using the ticketing software and various assigned projects. Candidates applying for this position should have impeccable customer service skills, management experience, and experience with ticketing software, preferably Paciolan or Ticketmaster. Applicant should also have an in depth understanding of Excel. Assistant Subscription Manager is a full-time year round position with a comprehensive benefit package.
